These terms govern your use of www.asimtop.com and any consulting or implementation engagement you enter into with Asimtop (“we”, “us”). By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to them.
Scope of service
Asimtop builds and delivers automated trading infrastructure and tooling— software, integrations, and engineering work that you or your organization run and control. The specific scope of any paid engagement is defined in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed with you before work begins.
Not brokerage or investment advice
Asimtop is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or signal provider. We do not manage funds, execute trades on your behalf, or recommend that you buy or sell any specific security or instrument. Nothing on this site or delivered as part of our engagements is investment advice. See our Risk Disclosure for more detail.
Engagements and payment
Paid engagements (audits, implementation sprints, hardening work, retainers) are governed by the proposal or statement of work you accept, which sets out price, deliverables, and timeline. Unless that document says otherwise, payment is due before work begins for fixed-scope engagements, and monthly in advance for retainers.
Cancellation and refunds
For fixed-scope engagements (e.g. an audit), you may cancel before work begins for a full refund. Once work has started, fees for work already performed are non-refundable, and any remaining unearned portion is refunded on cancellation. For retainers, either party may cancel with 30 days’ written notice; fees already paid for the current period are not refunded, but no further periods are billed.
These are default terms. The specific proposal or statement of work for your engagement controls if it says something different.
Intellectual property
Unless your statement of work says otherwise, ownership of code and deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you on full payment. We retain ownership of our own pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general know-how, and may reuse non-client-specific components in future work.
Confidentiality
We treat information you share with us during an engagement — source code, credentials, business data — as confidential, and use it only to deliver the agreed work. Any access to your systems follows the least-privilege terms set out in our client intake process, is time-limited, and is removed at an agreed date.
No warranty
The site and our deliverables are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that software we build or advise on will be free of defects, or that any trading strategy or system will be profitable.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asimtop’s total liability arising from or related to the site or any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or trading losses.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the site for misuse (including attempts to bypass security controls or abuse the early-access form). Termination of a paid engagement is governed by the “Cancellation and refunds” section above and your specific statement of work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless your specific statement of work states otherwise. This clause is one of the items pending formal legal review.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. For an active paid engagement, the terms of your statement of work control over any later change to this page.
