Asimtop (“we”, “us”) operates www.asimtop.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or request early access, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
Today, the site collects the minimum needed to respond to you:
- Email address — only if you submit the “Join Early Access” form. We use it to reply to your request and, if you opt in, to send product updates.
- Basic technical data (page views, referrer, approximate country, browser type) via Cloudflare Web Analytics. This is cookieless — it does not use tracking cookies or build a cross-site profile of you, and it cannot identify you individually.
We do not currently operate user accounts, process payments, or use marketing cookies.
Sensitive data
We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of data (health, financial account details, government IDs, biometric data). Please do not include this kind of information in the early-access form or in any email to us.
How we use it
We use the information above to:
- Respond to early-access requests and general inquiries
- Understand which pages are useful, in aggregate, so we can improve the site
- Meet legal and security obligations (e.g. abuse prevention)
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Sharing and subprocessors
We share data only with the service providers that make the site work:
- Cloudflare — hosting, edge network, bot protection, and the cookieless analytics described above
- Email delivery provider (e.g. Resend) — used to deliver the reply to your early-access request
We do not sell data to third parties, and we do not share it for their independent marketing use.
Retention
We keep early-access submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and evaluate demand for the product, and delete or anonymize them on request (see “Your rights” below). Aggregate analytics data does not identify individuals and is retained per Cloudflare’s standard analytics window.
International transfer
Asimtop is operated from Israel. If you are located in the EU, UK, or elsewhere outside Israel, your information may be processed in a different country than the one you are in, including via our hosting and email providers’ global infrastructure. We rely on those providers’ own safeguards for cross-border transfer.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what information we hold about you, and get a copy of it
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing (GDPR, for EU/UK/EEA visitors)
- Know that we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (CCPA/CPRA, for California residents) — because we do not do either

Cookies and analytics
We do not use marketing or advertising cookies. Site analytics are provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless by design. If that changes in the future, we will update this policy and add a consent mechanism before any tracking cookies are set.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product and our data practices evolve. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
